changes and challges

My mood today is happy I feel glad because of Friday and its nearly the weekend.
An example could be when you are angry your voice is loud and when you are sad you could be a very light voice. we made some puppets and they talked about emotions and had a chat.

mental health

 what is mental health?
Mental health is emotions And feelings .
When i am angry I feel like I want the brake stuff.

 When i am happy jump around with excitement .

  When i am stressed My head get really sore

how do i deal with my emotions?
Talk about  it with your parents or stress eat.
who is the best person to talk to about this at home and at school?
Your teacher and your parents.


Buddhist temple

Buddhist temple 
On Tuesday we went to the Buddhist Temple in Riccarton we left at 9:00 we were split into two groups one group went  to the upstairs first then the other group went to make paper flowers.When we went upstairs we looked all around some of the places we went to where the library but they did not have computers  to get the books out after we got water tattoos.Then we swapped around the second group went upstairs my group went downstairs and made the flowers then when we finished the flowers we watched a movie then we had some food the food was to cookies and a cup of water.After that we went to bath the Buddha I bathed the Buddha so you have to scope some water up and put it on the right shoulder then the head then the other shoulder then we hooped on the bus to go back to school.While we where on the bus the other part of the year 7/8 s the drive was about 10 or 20 minutes.

Materials:


  1. Balloon  
  2. Finger  
  3. Inkpad   


Steps


  1. Grab ink pad and brush and white powder  
  2. Get plastic  
  3. Put Fingerprint on  plastic
  4. Then brush with white powder   
  5. Then put tape on plastic
  6. take the tape off
  7. take photo
  8. post on blog  






My fingerprint Was a whorl I found out that you can check the fingerprint by putting the fingerprint on baby powder then put into it then putting tape over it.

Rainbow Paper

 

Aim: To separate colours by using the process of chromatography.

 

 


 

Materials:

  1. filter  paper

  2. plastic cup

  3. water pens

  4. ruler

  5. pencil

  6. water

 

Process:

Step 1: get paper

Step 2: draw on paper with pen

Step 3: put paper in cup

Step 4: add water

Step 5: it changes colour or goes to the top of the paper

Step 6: blog about it


Conclusion: What have I learnt from this experiment?
