Fitness

How does fitness affect my mind and body? you get strong muscles and its better for your heart. it makes you burn energy. It makes u tired and you sleep better.it releases stress and your mind and it improves coordination.

What fitness am I doing at the moment? for fitness I do marshal arts and I bike sometimes and I have to walk home sometimes.

What is my fitness goal? To try and walk every day but not  Saturday and Sunday.

How am I going with my fitness goal? I kept trying to remember to do my goal so I will start to do it next week. I am going to write myself a note for me to remember.
