Question 3
How can we help people that are addicted to gaming?
|
Let's face it, all we do in life can become an addiction if we do it too frequently and we need to learn how to avoid this sort of habit if we want to see the best possible results. Playing games on the computer is most entertainment thing, and they can be a perfect hobby to rest and get rid of the stress of our daily lives, but they can also become a problem and a tool that alienates us from society if we let them become the center of our lives.

I’m here today because I’m addicted to video games. I’m here today because I want to be a part of a community who understands my struggle with gaming and won’t try to convince me that I need moderation or need to be less hard on myself. I recently opened up to my friends about gaming and its effect on my life and received mixed feedback.
