Healthy foods

 Today we had to do an activity in hurumanu 6 it was  about healthy food that we have in A day. We had to do it for breackfat lunch a snack, dinner and how much water you should have in a day. This is my work.



Breakfast

Weetbix sugar milk banana toast

Lunch

Yoghurt toast eggs

Snack

Nut Bar chips manderin

Dinner

Peas corn potato meat brocoli

Water

How many servings per day? 10

How do you think you could fit these in besides just at mealtimes? 


  •   At school when you arrive  

  • Bedtime 

  • In the morning
