last week in science we mixed copper Nitrate with sodium Hydroxide to make a bright blue precipitate the first test-tube had the most copper nitrate when we added water to it started diluting it means the Copper Nitrate gets weaker there were more chemicals in the first test tube so it made a better reaction and more precipitate it is where a solid turns into a liquid. Filtering is when you can separate the solid from the liquid
